ITALIAN DESSERT
Living in Italy is called ‘La Dolce Vita’ for a reason!
Starting with breakfast, Italian desserts are an important part of life. Even before living with an Italian chef, I would be told ‘it’s all ok before 11.00am’ when presented with a tray of cakes and pastries at work. I’d hear my Italian girlfriends say ‘I really deserve this’ or ‘I have worked hard for this’ after getting back from the gym or work (if it’s after 11 am). Whether you need a reason or are good with ‘I just love Italian desserts!’ On this course, you’ll get to choose to learn to make your favourites from scratch.
Our options include pistachio Semifreddo, rich chocolate mousse, Tiramisu’, lemon panna cotta, amaretti biscuits, zabaione, Italian Meringue to torta ‘della Nonna’ and fruit crostata, fregolotta or apple Strudel, just to name a few!
During the day we will serve unlimited tea, coffee, water, wonderful local wines and Prosecco from the best producers.
Lunch will consist of a selection of fresh seasonal salads, homemade fresh pasta from the chef and of course all your delicious desserts!
