Pasta Course
We dedicate this course to all the wonders of pasta and its unforgettable sauces!
Whether it’s spaghetti carbonara, tagliatelle with ragu’ or porcini mushrooms, cacio e pepe, fresh pesto, or spinach and ricotta ravioli; we all have an Italian favorite or two!
Join this masterclass in making glorious fresh pastas from scratch and stuffed ravioli done perfectly every time! We offer a range from egg pasta to wholemeal to our beautiful coloured pasta using natural dyes from vegetables and herbs.
Together we will prepare delicious handmade pastas and seasonal Italian sauces. You will also have the opportunity to make a traditional Italian dessert, such as tiramisu, lemon verbena, panna cotta or semifreddo.
We will begin lunch with fresh homemade bread and a selection of delicious Italian appetizers before tasting all of our mouth watering culinary creations!
During your day we will serve unlimited tea, coffee, water, wonderful local wines and, of course, Prosecco from the best producers.
Meals are always seasonal and use organic garden herbs and homegrown vegetables as well as any foraged ingredients from our fields and woods around us.
